  • What position are we weakest at?

    I say it's TE and here's why:

    1) We lost our starting TE Martellus Bennett
    2) Bear Pascoe great blocker but just backup talent as a reciever
    3) Travis Beckum comming off major injury backup talent at best
    4) Adrien Robinson low drafted rookie with no NFL experience

    The weakest is RT,
If we lose Boothe we need a new OG
    We need a TE
We need a good safety to replace phillips.
we need a top cornerback. fresh.
we need a strong DT we also need a DE for the future to replace tuck some day.

we need another WR if cruz is gone

    Not to mention LB

Except Pascoe isnt a good blocker. That nonsense needs to stop right there. He was ok as a lead blocker a few years ago when he subbed as the fullback, and I believe that is the only reason he is still on the team, because he can play TE a little and serve as a backup FB.

If you look at his performance as an end line TE, he has not done well at all from a blocking standpoint. 2 years ago, which was the year he had the most snaps in his career at TE, he led the league in holding penalties per snap.

I absolutely agree we need a new TE, but I think this is a decent TE class and therefor we do not need to go TE in round 1.
