Prince Amukamara for sure. As for the second, Terrell Thomas or Aaron Ross. Maybe CWebb if he can have a bounce back year. But I like Amukamara and Ross, that's my hope.

Mark Collins was best corner back ive seen so who ever was opposite him would be my favorite pair.....Sehorn had 1-2 good years before he got hurt was never same...by time I saw spider he was a safety....willie williams was good too.......Im sure there are more....the wills were ok but Petersen wa s NEVER on field....and Allen had good cover skills but couldnt catch a cold.....No love for Elvis (Toast) patterson?lol

his first two years with the Giants he played corner across from Lynch ....and was quite good....I'm sure you remember
          after that all safety

I guess this whole thread confirms that we haven't had too many dominant DB pairs??
No one remembers who came in second.

There were times when optimism ran high for that pair. Peterson (James) could never seen to get healthy while he was here.

We can knock Allen all we want but he did everything as a CB except get picks. When he was in Miami he held QBs to around 40% when throwing his way. Tim Lewis's cover zero defense didn't do DBs any favors around here.

Corey Webster and Aaron Ross are a very under-rated pair, particularly Ross. However, they are the only tandem that won two SBs.

They had a ton of potential, but just never lived up to it for us.

Truth! You have to acknowledge the rings. They stepped up when it really mattered, Ross more so.

Some could argue that Sam Madison and RW played more meaningful minutes at CB than Ross but that superbowl run was no doubt influenced by our young DB's Webby and Ross

I think the will's were decent.... Never lived up to there potential ... I wouldn't they're one of the worst ... But the most underperformed ... They left so much picks on the table ... Could not catch if there life depended on it

Ross was the one constant/consistent starter we had in07... Was actually the best we had until Webster woke from the dead

Perry Williams and Mark Collins won two superbowls together also. In the 2nd Super Bowl win Everson Walls was starting but Williams played the whole season as well. In the first Super Bowl win Collins as a rookie took over for the original "toast" Elvis Paterson as the season wore on while Perry had the other CB spot all season long.

The best individual CB I have ever seen play for the Giants was no doubt Mark Collins. Phillipi Sparks comes in 2nd. Jason Sehorn before his injury would be 3rd.
