  • Giants add offensive line depth with signing of Division 2 prospect

Excerpt: "The Giants are adding a player to their offensive line, but it's not the high-profile move many fans have been hoping for.

The Giants will sign tackle Corin Brooks, who played at Division 2 Texas-Permian Basin (UTPB). The signing was announced by UTPB coach Justin Carrigan on Tuesday night.

The 6-foot-5, 300-pound Brooks signed with the Chiefs as an undrafted free agent. Brooks, who also can play guard, was released by the Chiefs in June. Brooks is the first player to reach the NFL from UTPB, which added football in 2015.

The Giants waived/injured offensive lineman Jessamen Dunker to make room for Brooks on the roster. The Giants were high on the 6-foot-4, 318-pound Dunker, a guard from Tennessee State." Read more...

That sucks about Dunker. I really wanted to see this kid in a game.

Football has been very, very good to us.
After losing seasons 2013-15, the giants put up 11 wins in 16.. they are on way Back
But for now we can console ourselves with this fact-

          # of Super Bowl victories since 1985:

1-Chicago, St. Louis, Tampa Bay, Indianapolis, New Orleans, Seattle
          2-Washington, Green Bay, Pittsburgh, Baltimore
          3-San Francisco, Dallas, Denver
          4-New York Giants!!!
