      You have to wonder what his contract has to do with his ranking??

        I've stopped watching these rankings when I saw Jacoby Jones in front of Percy Harvin but it's still nice to see some Gmen in there.

        But considering that JPP has already been listed, I wonder if Eli will be in.

          Seems like whomever made those remarks concluded...... since Cruz had no standing offers to play elsewhere, he is over-rated. They used the same rationale to surmise this is why he has not gotten a deal done on his contract. Of course, neither have any influence on how well he plays.
