  • Will Giants CB Janoris Jenkins be punished for early exit from sideline?

Excerpt: "Giants cornerback Janoris Jenkins provided an explanation from his early exit from the field at the end of Sunday's 27-22 loss to the Chargers.

"I didn't expect a timeout to be called, so I just walked in as if everybody was going on the field," Jenkins said. "The game was over and I just went in."

The Chargers got the ball back with 40 seconds left after a tipped Eli Manning pass was intercepted at midfield. While the rest of the Giants' defensive starters took the field for the final kneel downs by Chargers quarterback Philip Rivers, Jenkins headed to the locker room.

Jenkins' departure stood out because coach Ben McAdoo called the Giants' final timeout with 38 seconds remaining after Rivers' first kneel down. While his teammates stayed on the field hoping for a fumbled snap, Jenkins was already in the locker room.

"We'll handle all those issues in-house," McAdoo said on Monday." Read more...

Jenkins would've been suspended by now if he were ever to be suspended. Besides multiple suspensions in the same week would be confirmation that there's a fire in the locker room

Grasping at straws there. lol Calling timeout to try to get a fumbled kneel down. ROFL That only happened to the team that's hoping for it to happen. No clue McAdoo can suspend half the defense while he's at it. They're going to be losing games no matter what he does.

This is what "over his head" looks like.
No one remembers who came in second.

Frustration and disappointment right now emotions are very high all around on top of losing the most important player on the offense. Time for leaders to LEAD, call a Players Only Meeting and try to rally the wounded troops!
