  • Stolen From A Cowboy Post

May be some truth here - if so, I hope only a small bit

Eli has a sweet spot in the pocked where has about a 80% pass
completions. If dallas wants to beat him they need to rush his sweet
spot. he loves to throw behind his right guard, just look at the
tapes. If thats not open he rolls farther to his right. If you can keep
his form doing eitherDallas will get 3 or 4 sacks and maybe a INT. If
you watch the tapes he get fustered if he can't throw from his sweet
spots. Please pass along to some one on the team so they can check it
    out. GO BOYS

I claim the theft but disclaim the closing statement

I agree with you on the nice pocket. It is hard to find any right-handed QB who doesn't throw better going to his right than his left. Moving left is not Eli's strongest suit but he's hit some good, touch passes moving left this year. I hope they do focus on keeping Eli from moving to his right while Bradshaw and Jacobs are racking up about 75 yards each to the center and left.

Hard not to move right with Ware on Diehl.

Unfortunately for cowboys fans Eli has no sweet spot. He has the ability the complete 40 yards down the field from anywhere and tape study shows this.

A few weeks ago against the eagles his only deep completions were on the far right sideline and far left sideline respectively.

Theres nothing to do with Eli other than hope hes got a cold hand.
