Mara said he had never heard of McAdoo before TC hired him. Was looking for a link for this, but Google has too much current stuff. Will keep looking.

Please donít. Itís certain to be facile and ultimately embarrassing.

When the #1 and #2 receivers were healthy, Eli was still making terrible decisions, falling over when he wasn't even touched, throwing interceptions on a weekly basis. His inaccuracy also had a big role in the injuries to Odell and Shepard. Goodbye to that argument.

Sure the offensive line isn't that good. Most offensive lines in the NFL aren't that good. There is a ton of talk around the league about how the difference between the college game and the NFL game has had a huge impact on the OL position nowadays and that the guys coming out of college just aren't as good anymore because of the difference in the game. Most teams now have semi-mobile QBs who can evade pressure and escape the pocket. We do not. Also, there have been plenty of games and plays when Eli has time to throw and he makes terrible decisions and throws interceptions or holds onto the ball too long and gets sacked. Goodbye to that argument.

Don't even try to bring the defense into this. If anything, it's the defense that has suffered because of how inept Eli and the offense are. We wouldn't even be competitive in most of this season's games if it wasn't for this Defense. Goodbye to that argument.

Cool, the coaching staff isn't great. It's still Eli throwing the ball and making awful decision and coughing up fumbles every time he is hit.
      As expected.

If if it was that simple, why hasnít it been done? You tell me.

Why in 3 out of the last 5 Yearís has Eli struggled mightily while the Giants know better than anyone else exactly what he needs to be successful?

But youíre right. This is an agenda about Eli. Itís an agenda about wanting to see him play well, and itís been obvious since Coughlin left that McAdoo is clueless in helping to make that happen.
I think the FO answered your question by not addressing the OL. I donít think Macís system could be successful without Rodgers or maybe Wilson.

And HE and JR should have understood that.
Hell, most people here realized that.
No one remembers who came in second.

things I don't understand. Why would t.c hire macdoo if he runs a completely different offense? And why would the giants /tc want a west coast offensive coach while eli is not suited for the west coast offense? Makes no sense.

Ironically it actually worked when TC and Mac's offense were mixed together. It led to the offense being 6th in offensive scoring in TC last year. Everything fell apart once Mac ran his own offense.

Because apparently the most important thing for our offense was to remove all traces of Tom from it.

Yup. That's the other question. Why did the two offenses mix so well together? And why would macdoo get away from what was working?

You rocking the away Eli jersey today, Archie?

Eli actually played great yesterday, with the exception of one play. Though, that "fumble" is a good example why its so frustrating to watch him play. What the heck was that?

This organization needs to move on from coach, GM, and their QB. A new image. Eli at this stage in his career is way to inconsistent. If we're going to rebuild then lets do it the right way and give the new GM and HC a fair shot.

I still thought that fumble was a pass. Sometimes players try to do too much.

That was a ridiculous example of Eli trying to do too much. Very stupid, especially for a guy with his experience. But he stinks at holding on to the ball when getting sacked anyway, so maybe he might as well try something ;-P

Just shows when things go bad they have a way of snowballing.

I remember an interview with Tom where he said he hired McAdoo because he wanted to "shake things up".
Admit nothing. Deny everything. Make counter accusations.
