  • Giants' Roster Breakdown: Zak DeOssie

    http://www.bigblueview.com/2013/6/27...wn-zak-deossie

Excerpt: "Zak DeOssie should once again be the Giants' long-snapper in 2013.

Let's continue our look at the 90-man roster the New York Giants will bring to training camp by looking at the team's veteran long-snapper, Zak DeOssie.

    2012 Season In Review

It's hard to believe that DeOssie has already been long-snapping for the Giants for six seasons. He has never missed a game in six seasons and there have been few, if any, bad snaps. That was again the case in 2012." Read more...

He's also ended up with more rings than his dad Steve while with the NY Giants (doing the same role by the way) who only got one in Super Bowl XXV. Knowing the DeOssie's rambunctiousness, I am sure Zak takes a dig at his dad about that all the time lol.

Only bad snap I can remember was in the NFCCG against San Fran. Thank goodness Weatherford got it down seamlessly for the kick. He was just ridiculous in that game.

Weatherford is ridiculous in any game. He could probably plug in at any position other than O or D line and at least perform decently... hell he'd probably be better at MLB than 2012 Herzlich...
