  • Giants' Summer Questionnaire: Ryan Mundy

Excerpt: "The Giants acquired experience and reliability at the safety position on March 14 when they signed Ryan Mundy, who spent the first four years of his career with his hometown Pittsburgh Steelers. The former sixth round draft pick, who has not missed a game during his career, spoke with The Star-Ledger in this installment of the summer questionnaire series about similarities between the Giants and Steelers organizations.

What are your first impressions of the Giants organization?

It's been a great experience so far. Teammates, coaches, the support staff have all made the transition very easy for me. And I'm excited. What are the similarities between the Giants and Steelers?
People. The people in the building. It always starts with people, whether it's the janitors and support staff, secretaries, cafeteria workers, weight room staff, coaches -- there are always good people in the building. When you set that environment, the sky is the limit from there. That is one thing that you'd always see in Pittsburgh, there was always great people around. You also see that with the people here."
