    As we continue our player-by-player look at the 90-man roster the New York Giants will bring to training camp we focus here on massive offensive guard Michael Jasper, at 6-foot-4 and 375 pounds the biggest player the team currently has.

    2012 Season In Review

    After being cut by the Tennessee Titans during training camp, Jasper spent the season playing for the Omaha Nighthawks of the UFL. He played both offensive line and, because of his massive frame, was used as a nose tackle in third-and-short and goal-line situations.

    Jasper was originally a seventh-round pick of the Buffalo Bills in 2011 and spent most of that season on the practice squad. He was placed briefly on the active roster, but never appeared in a game and was let go following the season." Read more...

    I think we've had another thread up on mr. Jasper in the past week or so. This is the time of year where we all like to viisualize the possiblilties of a guy like him blossoming into something special, especially at a position in need of so much upgrading from last year.
    No one remembers who came in second.
