Personally, I wanted more in depth analysis. . . . . .but hey its the offseason, so I'll take it. Wish he could have mentioned the RB's, TE's and DB's.

The part about tuck is depressing. It is the initial shoulder I believe. He never recovered

I don't see why anyone is surprised at the article as it pertains to Tuck because he has just put together 2 pretty unspectacular seasons. I hope for the best for Tuck but as of right now he has to prove it...

That article is terrible! Tynes was never released and Nicks once had blazing speed!? You'd figure someone writing for cbs would know a bit more.

I still hope that the team gives Pugh a legitimate shot to beat out Diehl. Either Brewer was a massive bust (in the 4th round no less), or the team wasn't giving him a legitimate shot, because Diehl last year was TERRIBLE...

"The organization, in many ways, is the NFC equivalent of the Baltimore Ravens."

"Where the Giants will prosper greatly, once again, is the interior of the defensive line. "

"The signing of 305-pound defensive end Cullen Jenkins joins a line that is terrific at stopping the run."

"Nicks once possessed blazing speed but there are signs that he's slowing..."

This may have been the worst write up ever on the Giants.
Because of all of the effort and examination being poured into these predictions, the draft is a robust market that, in the aggregate, does a good job of sorting prospects from top to bottom.1 Yet despite so many people trying to “beat the market,” no single actor can do it consistently. Abnormal returns are likely due to luck, not skill. But that hasn’t stopped NFL executives from behaving with the confidence of traders.

One line he says they don't mind releasing veterans and later says they simply won't release a lot of veterans. ???

I can give slack for the Ravens comment... Flacco has basically been shown to be the AFC's answer to Eli, and now that Ray Lewis and Ed Reed are gone I can actually like most of the people on the team. The only one I still hate is John Harbaugh... but I still have a grudging respect for what he can do.
The other three lines have zero basis in reality though...

Another great line. "Jenkins joins a interior D-line that was great at stopping the run" did this guy watch a down of Giants football last year? I'm just bored waiting for camp to begin so figure I'd point this guys cluelessness out

I think we have to be patient with sports writers at this time of year, its just as boring for them as it is for us and it causes them to make things up even though what they write makes no sense....

That was one of the worst articles I've ever read, and was completely off about the team in many aspects.
