  • Collins needs another procedure on the arm ?

NFL network (Wed. evening) had on the scroll at the bottom of the screen Collins thinking of getting 2nd procedure on that shoulder or arm. He would need 6-8 weeks to recover. It should be plenty of time to do. I hope he does it asap, he will be fully recovered in plenty of time for season and probably pre season as well.

Didn't see it on the board, anybody else see or hear about this ?

nothing too serious it seems. though it is odd it didn't fully recover.

either way should be good for training camp and improve even more in Bettchers defense.

get him a new deal. dude gonna be the leader of the defense for yrs

Isn't that what we thought at the end of the season?

Good to be optimistic, but this seems to be a serious concern for a position where tackling and intimidation is key.

I agree just because it is 6-8 weeks , does not mean it will be. It could be problematic if the recovery / Rehab is not responsive in a timely manner.
The Dallas Cowboys have now gone exactly One Third of their pathetic existence without a Super bowl appearance.

                    another procedure....hmm..

"full recovery" has nothing to do with future re- injury.

Not ideal but these things do happen. Better that they identified it now rather than holding out till training camp to make the call.

Hopefully he doesn’t miss any time in training camp.
He has to learn a whole new defense.

Why go to an interview and say you're 100%, then the next day, you're not....
