      It's strange to me that the new regime made this pick, because he feels like the team making up for missing out on Leonard Floyd. This is a guy that would not fit the 4-3 but in the 3-4, we can better use his skill sets.

      The Bears now have Georgias former LIB core...Roquan Smith and Leonard Floyd.

          He has strong cover skills for an LB. He has a load of potential to be a pass rush/cover LB.

          Otree and Carter both offer really good cover skills really.

            I read somewhere Carter said his responsibility in the Georgia defense held him back from his potential in sacking and putting pressure on the QB. Carter could be a steal in the 3rd rd for us. Time will tell. He's suppose to be very athletic, so there's that.
