For the sake of Eli's resume, he will still be considered a TWO TIME pro-bowler. Correct? Players who choose not to play, or in this case, have a few other things going on, are still considered Pro-Bowlers?

Also, on the Eli to the HOF question. One piece people are leaving out is the subjectivity of the voting. A lot of the old school sports writers (AKA: HOF Voters) still hold the 2004 draft debacle against Eli. It's not right, but it is a factor. So my opinion is he'd have to do 130% what any other QB would have to do for enshrinement... To leave no doubt. Either way, his campaign starts next weekend with a second Super Bowl MVP award.

its all speculation of course and means nothing but if Eli stays with the Chragers a two time pro bowler and HOF possiblity would even be a conversation worth having....
