  • UH OH FOR NE(Sorry Crunch Bad News for your beloved Pats)

Matt Light, who will protect Brady's blindside, has come down with a pretty serious illness, and was held out of practice today and will be held out of practice tomorrow and possibly the rest of the week bc it is feared his illness has spread among his teammates.

Remember Eli got sick, and it spread to Baas? Well apparently Light has more severe of an illness and it is not believed to be just a 24 hour bug. Reported by Wyche on NFL Network

      What worked
Football has been very, very good to us.
After losing seasons 2013-15, the giants put up 11 wins in 16.. they are on way Back
But for now we can console ourselves with this fact-

      # of Super Bowl victories since 1985:

1-Chicago, St. Louis, Tampa Bay, Indianapolis, New Orleans, Seattle
      2-Washington, Green Bay, Pittsburgh, Baltimore
      3-San Francisco, Dallas, Denver
      4-New York Giants!!!
      5-NE
Let's make it 5 in 2016 so we can be on a LINE NE again!!!

Where did you hear it was "pretty serious" . All the reports I have seen have said "an illness" ... nothing more...nothing less. I heard Mayo had a mild stuffed up cold. Have not heard anything about it being serious or chance of him missing game. Where did you get this news from?

Yes. Just went over to Pats boards and was looking over their info for Media day. There was less then a sentence about M. Light and another player leaving practice due to an illness and said he was replaced for media day by another player

Light will play. Tomorrow's NE's injury report will claim Brady has nipple cancer, and may miss the Superbowl.
