    Im still confused.

So you want to move Sintim to backup DE, and trade Osi.

Then draft another guy to play LB.

Why not just keep Sintim at LB and let him play some DE on passing downs.

I dont see why you need to move Sintim to DE.

LMAO  i agree with you about Slip doing that to seem to want to belittle people maybe or maybe he just wants to be right all the time lol. I mean hell I want to be right if I trully think i am right too.

with all that being said, I dont agree that Sintim needs to move, Ware still rushes the passer and he hasnt been moved to DE.
Stop trying to make him look like an idiot by picking out lil details... you try to do that with everyone...  Simple as this Slip, Osi, we dont know if he will ever be the same player ever again.  Now with his recent comments, fans and managers have to decide whether it is the Giants best interests of having him stick around.

Moving Sintim to DE is not a bad move by any means.  He was at his best this season when rushing the passer.  If the decision comes to get rid of Osi, putting Sintim on the line is not a bad idea and will serve for depth purposes.

He had 50 snaps rushing the passer as a DE, and came up with a total of 1 QB hit.

Hes certainly a dominant pass rusher.  Get rid of Osi right away so Sintim can play there.

Look, be honest with your self... exactly 50 snaps, thats nothing slip!!  Nothing...  He may have only had 1 sack but he was still able to bring good pressure from his side.   But, you also have to look at what is his natral position, and put him into a position where he has a better chance to suceed in this league, period.

The decision to get rid of Osi comes from FO, they have to make that move.  Its not an easy decision.  What is honest, Osi is not interested in the welfare of this team nor his team mates.  All he cares about is his playing time and his credentials, obvious from his interview.  FO has to decide, is it worth having that type of attitude around.

His natural position is 3-4 OLB.   So if you want him to play his natural position we should just trade Sintim.

The entire point of this thread is pointless.  Can Sintim not play DE on passing downs if you leave him at LB?

Not true at all... How do you know what his natural position is??  Bc he played that 3-4 in college, that means jack!  Some of the best players in the NFL were RB's in HS and have moved to the defensive side of the ball in college.  Maybe the colleges should let them still play RB bc that was their natural position in HS and not put them at a position where the are more built to succeed at the next level.

    Re: Sintim

Sintim will be linebacker and if he doesnt develop to starting lb before this year is over he wont be anything.  If there is no injury, Id say we can count him as starter right from camp.

Theres no such thing as "natural position"

Just what guys have played before.

Until someone can explain to me why Sintim cant play LB and then move to DE on passing downs Im not going to understand this thread

Wow, you ever play the game??  No such thing as natural position??  BS man... there is always a position on the field that suits every players more natural talents.  For example,  a lot of corners would be WR's in NFL, but they have no hands, so they play CB or somewhere in the secondary.  Or, look at Reggie Bush, in college he was a great RB, but in the NFL, he isnt suited for that position, he cant run in between tackles, so instead of letting him fail at that position.  Bush can also play at wide out, he has great hands, great feet and can run crisp routes.  He may be more fit to be a WR, but can still be dangerous at RB if he can get outside the tackle or hit a seam.

    Re: Sintim

Hold on. First you say that its BS that there is no such thing as a natural position, then you bring up Reggie Bush? He is1 of the few guys in the league that clearly doesnt have a natural position. You are totally ruining your argument by saying that. If reggie is your example of a guy that has a natural position, which position is his? RB? WR?
