Classic stuff indeed -  reminiscent of the golden years of the 1950's.

Re: LT on Inside the NFL

I'm 30 and my memories of my dad rooting for LT and Simms will always b some of my favorite memories. I was really young, but even then I remember LT making his presence known on the field. Back then Giants games were very low scoring, usually decided by a field goal or two. There's no excuse for his past regressions, but he manned up on the show. I can only recommend that he move to Nevada if he ever thinks of partaking in prostitution. This was one of the best episodes of Inside The NFL. The stories of how slack LT was, are crazy.... I'm sure he gave 100% during the game, imagine how beast he would have been if he did the same in practice.

Based on this thread I can't tell if you people love or hate LT. some of you sound like sanctimonious, judgmental Mrs. Kravitz type suburbanites. Grow a pair and judge him for his body of work, you don't know him.

can you imagine the player he would have been if he becamce a student of the game ... He admits and tell stories of how he slept in meeting and always stayed out all night .... jsut imagine the beast he could've been

Good in theory but for some people it is being that kind of person that drives them to do amazing things and look at things in a different way. LT took his no holds bar attitude on the field and I for one think that is the only way he probably could have played.

    Props To: nyknstill!

Did you really just say that LT *could* have been a beast?

I admire his honesty and self-awareness.

He fell on the sword, if you will, for all his off-field troubles. He's human and should be judged as such.

For what he did on the field, nobody in their right mind should EVER question what he was/is

That had to be one of the funniest Insider the NFL episodes. I sure hope he stays out of trouble. His stories with Phil were awesome though.
