I know everybody is obsessed with the Redskins new coach/system but Dallas had a new coach and made it to #1 seed in the conference. Here's how I see it going down...
1) Cowboys...11-5
2) Giants...10-6 *WC*
3) Redskins...9-7 *WC*
4) Eagles...6-10
Keep in mind each team had a top 10 defense last year (WSH #8 NY #7 DAL #9 PHI #10) but the Eagles will be strucken by McNabb's inability to overcome the defenses in the division.
The Redskins now have two big possesion receivers; add that with a star RB, a great TE, a deep threat and you have an offense that will score points. Even with a new system, the offense will work. Campbell used a west coast offense at Auburn and he was able to move the offense efficiently in that no huddle last year until he was injured; not to mention the once again healthy offensive line. Add a top 10 defense (even without Taylor with a playmaker in Landry and two sack specialists in Carter/Taylor and you got a sleeper team). *Wild Card*
The Cowboys are a very good team plain and simple, they will probably take the division sad to say.
The Giants won the SB which works out for us as in history we have won every year after the Giants. As defending champs I give respect when it is deserved. The Giants handle business and go 10-6 and grab a wild card spot.
------------
These are my estimates and quite frankly my main thought is that every team makes the playoffs but the Eagles.
I was happy to read somewhere else that you had little problems with Skins fans and I hope this year turns out to be another hard fought NFC East showdown.
