  • Thompson, but there's no reason you should know it as this guy is the only one making threads calling him by that name. He made this exact same post a month or so ago....

replied to 2019 Draft. Who do you want?
Raekwon Davis (DT, Alabama) (only reason I'm upset we took 2 DTs, eliminates any chance of getting this monster)
    Nick Bosa (DE, OSU)
    Clelin Ferrell (DE, Clemson)
    Joe Jackson (DE, Miami)
    Isaiah Buggs (DE, Alabama)
    Bryce Love (RB, Stanford)
    Damien Harris (RB, Alabama)...

I live in Birmingham, graduated from Alabama, but go to Daphne and Mobile a good bit.

South Alabama just breeds different types of players to me. All that talent that came out of St. Paul was crazy. (If Ivan Matchett hadn't hurt his back I think he would have been another super star from...

    Right there with ya man.

    Love Daphne as well.

And wish we could have given Tony Brown a call. May have some growing up to do, but a track star that can play physical and comes from that coaching. I'd give it a shot....

I really wanted us to get Raekwon Davis next year cause I think he's going to be an animal this year. But taking a DT in Rd 2 last year and taking 2 DTs this year, I guess that won't be happening....

Really wish we had tried to get Tony Brown, CB at Alabama. Track star with good size and physicality.. and played on the best defense in college football....

Disagree on Allen. He was personally my least favorite. Not sure if anyone else would have taken Mayfield before Browns at #4 but I also think Mayfield could end up being the best of the bunch. I think he will get that offense fired up. They got Nick Chubb so I think they nailed that pick as well....

We only have 2 qbs. Taking a QB in the 3rd round in NO WAY says the staff does not believe in Webb. You could easily say that by not taking Darnold it means they do believe in Webb. To me it means we needed a qb either way and obviously this staff can't completely trust in a qb they haven't seen pl...

  • Bo Scarbrough (in the 7th?! That's insane)
    Guice
Arden Key (if "character concerns" don't become a problem)
Bradley Bozeman (I think he'll be a solid center)
    Ejiofor
Ronnie Harrison (even though he went about where I expected, I think he could be a monster for...

  • Reuben Foster's girlfriend lied about assault

    According to latest news:

Former Alabama and current San Francisco 49ers linebacker Reuben Foster may be in a good position to avoid serious punishment after he was charged by the Santa Clara County District Attorney's Office on felony counts of domestic violence, forcefully attempting...

I think I've seen all but one or 2 of Fromm's games and definitely saw the playoffs.

Also, the point IS that Fromm had way less attempts. It was said that Barkley is better because he did what he did without the offensive weapons Georgia has. I'm saying that actually goes just as much if...

Agree if it's a more traditional linebacker we're looking for (although I don't think we'll find one any good in the 3rd like you are suggesting... unless Leighton Vander Esch drops because of the neck injury reports.) Like I said, Chubb is just different type of player and unlike many of the guys you...

    I'm looking at yards.
McCorley averaged 100 yards more passing per game than Fromm. He also had nearly 1,000 more passing yards DESPITE playing in 2 less games than Fromm. He also had a higher completion percentage. I believe you're looking at qbr but Fromm only averaged like 19 passes per game,...

    1. HOPE we trade back because there are just too many positions we are desperate at.

    2. If we stay at 2, I just don't see us passing on Darnold. Many projected him to be the #1 overall qb, so I feel like we'd have a really hard time saying no to that. It's tough to say cause we really have...

If he was in his late 20's or 30s. Maybe... but what was that, 4 or 5 years ago? Saying "if it ain't white, it ain't right?" Most of the other stuff just seemed like he was being silly, which may be the case for all of it, but if you were a racist 4 or 5 years ago, you're probably racist today....

Love Rashaan Evans, but he is absolutely nothing like Chubb. Evans played middle linebacker and I don't think he played one snap his entire career with his hand in the dirty (something Chubb does often). Not to mention he's probably about 40 lbs lighter than Chubb. He's also a 1st rounder in every mock...

If you can't name any great pass rushers you think could be available with a 2nd pick in the first round, that is pretty much my point. I can think of a few great RB prospects that should be available in round 2. Otherwise I agree with your points on why Barkley is rated so high. Dude's definitely a...
