true, it would be hard because not many people come to this thread that arent part of the staff.

i have an idea, you know how he is on the hot seat for DC? well instead of just straight up fire him you could demote him at first but then if he goes missing for another week let him lose. this way we wont be without a major need of DC just because someone couldnt find a replacement for their job.
