And if Hixon was healthy do you honestly think he'd say.."we better double Hixon and make em throw to Nicks and Cruz"?

Last yr, Mario was brilliant as a 3rd WR.. U couldeen't ask the guy for more, hence why he earned a payday that Dom Hixon could only dream about.. I mean, Mario didn't just have a gazillion more big moments in the reg season, he had the biggest catch in the NFC champ game and the SB...

dude, Rueben Randle has as many 60yrd recieving games and 6catch games as hixon this yr!!lol Randles played so fewer snaps, its not even worth mentioning... Randle will take Hixons job next yr, no doubt about it.. If Mario were here, he'd have at least 4-5 60yrd games, and theres a reason that ELI's stats are taking such a big hit this season, without the trifecta of Nicks, Cruz, and Mario.. When u lose a nicks, and can plug in a mario, ur losing far less, then when u plug in a hixon...

absolutely not

just providing evidence that no one feared Manningham

the kid is dangerous with the ball in his hands

I just don't think his mental meets his physical as much as Hixon.....thats all

Why do you think MM got more targets? That number is essentially the same for every WR in the NFL. The ratio of tagets to productivity doesn't change much.
The reason a guy gets targets is:
1. He's on the field because he's better
2. He's open
3. He has the best chance on the field to make a play.

Hes not good enough to get close to that many targets.. Mario got a ton of deep throws, which are not easy to connect on.. hixon is just another WR.. If u gave us say , Brandon Lafell, he'd be doing the same things for us hixon does.. Hixon hasen't returned kicks in forever, because hes so brittle... Mario can carry a team recieving alot more often then Dom Hixon can.. Hixon's carried us receiving like 3or4 times in his career, and never did anything in the postseason besides drop a crucial pass...

Hixons' best value to the giants was as a returner in my opinion.. I feel we could plug in about 50other recievers, and they'd do just as good as hixon if not better.. U can not say the same about mario, who again, passed Hixon on the depth chart...

I'm sure as MM was catching that huge TD at SF in the playoffs, the Niners were saying "that should count because he had a bad Wonderlic score"

I have never been concerned at all with MM's "intelligence". I care what he does on the field to help our team win.
And has done subtantially more in that regard than Domenik Hixon. And BTW..I like Hixon a lot. I especially like his ST ability.
