I hope not.
Stevie Brown might have something to say about that.

the saints only real shot at the playoffs is that second wild card and right now they have tampa, minnesota, and seattle in front of them. the first wild card will most likely go to whoever finishes second in the nfc north.
You are not alone. Last night it looked like they practiced their chant quite a bit...or rehearsed...whatever. Maybe if they would have put that much time into actually practicing football they might have done better last night. Did you ever notice how Brees seems to always know when the camera is on him?
God knows why they abandoned the run in the second half. They did nothing yo take pressure off of Brees, even though it was obvious he was struggling.
His consecutive games with a TD pass is gone now also. At 5-7 I think their playoff hopes are gone. They'll come prepared for the Giants next Sunday, but I think if the Giants jump out to a double digit lead the Saints will lay down and play dead.
Game was lost with that bad clock management at the end of the half. they had been dominated most of 1st half being down 17-0. then they go on 80yard drive to close gap to 10. prior to half they had golden opp to make it a 3pt game or at least a 7pt game at worst when they were set up 1st and goal. hard to fathom brees would make that short throw knowing he had no timeouts and allowing clock to expire prior to him being able to spike it. should of just thrown ball away. if they had gotten points there it would have been huge considering they were getting ball 1st to start second half. very unbrees like with the 5/6 INTs and 0 Tds.
