There will always be a chance.
After every TD or FG score, or if the offensive team decides to punt, the kicking team will spin the wheel, which will determine whether their kick goes 10, 20, 30, 40, or 50 yards, or if it is a touchback, OR, if they successfully recover an onside kick. If there is a punt, the slot for recovering an onside kick will mean that the receiving team fumbled and the kicking team recovers.
The spin will be shown on every large stadium screen and there will be an app for you to place a bet on the outcome of the spin.
Hmmmm... I think I need to Copywrite that app idea... lots of potential for instantaneous betting.
