When I worked in the steel mill we had this one guy.... man come quitting time he'd be chomping at the bit waitng on the whisle....Always the first one at the time clock to punch out....so one day when he wasn't looking I tack welded his metal tool tray to a large beam it was setting on.....Well you know the rest of the story, those of us who were in on it had a little extra fun watching him grind that thing loose while we got in line to punch out.......Horseplay man... its a part of life and a form of bonding....

The guy from Hard Knocks this past week just had a **** engraved into his head - how is that less bullying?

Anyone see Andy Reid going ape **** last night. He did it a few times. If he wasnt yelling at a player or coach he was giving them the stare of death and talking firmly.I thought he was more of a players coach
