For the defense, I'd try to re-do a bunch of veterans deals, such as Canty, Rolle, and Webster. Free agent wise, I'd go for a DT, ranging from a guy like Jason Jones, to a guy like Glenn Dorsey. Henry Melton isn't too shabby either. I'd also pick up a CB, like Sam Shields.

On offense, I'd really just try to address the OL. The skill positions have a lot of talent, aside from TE really. The receivers are stacked, I'd attempt to re-do Nicks' deal. Wilson's future is bright. Eli is a stud. Re-sign Beatty, sign Sebastian Vollmer, and draft an interior guy, preferably a mauler.

we need a money in the bank draft,,we need to have at least 4 players from the 13' draft to pay dividends. too many wasted picks the past few years.

We need Eli to take a HUGE paycut. $20M? He needs players around him that can make plays

Yeah I know, we should trade for the Eagles who have killed us the past few years!

    - A new OT via draft or FA to replace Diehl. Somehow our line was dominant when he was gone and horrible when he came back. Hard to say its all on one guy but it sure looks like that

    Defense

    - I feel like maybe Kiwi>Tuck at DE so Id like to see him there and maybe have Tuck as that 3rd pass rusher
    - Webster and Canty's overpaid contracts cut
    - And via draft/FA I''d like to see a big run stuffing DT, stud rookie LB that can play the run and a CB. I feel like Prince and Hosely will both continue to get better and will prob be our cbs of the future. And between Rolle, S.Brown and Phillips (who could leave in FA i think) our safeties are fine

I pretty much agree with everything. I dont think hosley can be a starter and i'd let to get one in the draft

KP is a must sign as well as Beatty

    New OC

    Keep the following players:
    QB: Manning, Perriloux
    RB: Brown, Wilson
    FB: Hynocerous
WR: Nicks, Cruz, Hixon, Randle, Jernigan (ST)
OL: Beatty, Locklear, Mosley, Cordle (ST)

    DE: JPP, Kiwi, Ojomo, Tracy
    DT: Canty, Joseph, Kuhn
OLB: Rivers, Boley, Williams, Paysinger (ST)
    ILB: Blackburn
CB: Prince, Hosley, Hill (converted permanently to slot corner), Tryon (ST)
    S: KP, Stevie, Rolle

    LS: DeOssie
    K: Tynes
    P: Weatherford

That leaves us with 18 spots to fill... the main starters that need to be filled in are 2 guards and a center on the OL, as well as depth for LB and the secondary...
