The kid was duped into an online relationship with someone that was too good to be true, fell head over heels, tried to make it seem not as weird/creepy as it was, and now this. If he was a math major at N.D. you'd never have heard of this. He'd think this girl that he loved died of Leukemia and we'd be worried about the draft.
