    Why is it stupid? Teams need someone to go over all the film and give breakdowns. Do the grunt work that the coaches can then go over with the players.

    Unless you think coaches should spend their time cutting tape and working on probabilities.

    I believe so. Lots of coaches, if not most, started out that way. Best way to learn the game by far

    Disagree. They specifically went and found a college coach because of their experience against the option offense. This could end up being significant against teams like Washington.
