Prayers for Mrs. Mara.
If they do that then they are setting up Spags to fail like they did with KG (no offensive line) and PF (not enough talent).
I'm not ignoring the O in the draft, but they need quality picks for...
I really don't think he's falling to us and won't make it out of the first.
If we were desperate for a WR, I'd take him but were not. I'd target Dorsett or Devin Smith.
I don't want to spend big money on a TE.
Sounds good, all I know is that I just don't want a S in the 1st Rd.
Reese has already said they are proceeding as though Cruz won't be here.[/QUOTE]
As they should. I'm hoping they target Dorsett from the U of Miami.
I'm praying for you, Danme. Good luck and get back to these boards ASAP!
+1, and I believe JR will provide that and the line will take a big jump in '15.
Beatty is very frustrating because he is like PF -- just when you think he's done he starts performing adequately...
Whomever JR drafts in the 1st or 2nd round will be someone who can conceivably play both positions at least adequately to provide flexibility. I also hopes that he signs at least one guy you can...
Congrats to you and Mrs. Tuckit and get to work on producing little Tuckits --,next generation of Giants fans!
I hear that ladies like ODJ jerseys as wedding presents. ;)
Funny -- they were deciding between Behre and Kennard, Ross decided on Behre believing that Kennard would there when they picked again and wound up with both of them.
Behre has already shown great...
University of Miami players are showing up strong.
I think that Bennett was cut at the 53-man roster deadline (which wound up being a surprise to writers who cover the Giants). I could be wrong, but I think he was added to the practice squad but...
Yuck is right.
+1. A 3-down DE and a run-stopping DT.
As a late round pick, sounds good to me.
Lol -- no offense taken. I just started hearing the guy's name for the 1st time this week and started reading up about him.
I'd like another RB drafted to throw into the mix, but one taken in the...
A LB would be nice either somewhere in the earlier picks or via FA -- I'm not looking for an all-pro squad, but just being solid and not a weakness loaded with question marks on talent and health.
They gained many of those sacks late in the season, so it could be somewhat of a fluke. Having numerous talent DE's that can get to the QB has been a winning formula as shown in '07 and '11.
Well, I hope that they're really interested in DE & DT, too.
+1. Yup, that's about it.
+1. I'm a huge Fowler fan myself and would be happy with him at # 9, but I don't think he'll be there. Either way -- I'd be very happy with either Fowler or Shelton b/c a run-stopping DT would be...
I'd have no prob bringing him back as a # 4 WR to act as insurance against injury against the other WR's.
Slipknottin's right, though -- RR quietly had a nice year. If Cruz can be Cruz, and ODJ...
Although I've been harping on getting a DE with the 1st, I'm leaning...
I'm looking for JR to take a LB in the 2nd RD that can start off the bat -- Kennard can be nice (if healthy), but we need a player at the LB that can be consistently good and healthy. I'm not...
