FO should call his bluff and let him hit FA. i mean wherre would Eli go? he doesnt want to go and start over at his age. He will not win anything elsewhere and Archie knows it.
had we been drafting Linemen before the last two seasons , we would most likely have cut his huge cap number a few years ago. i wish him speedy recovery though.
you do realize all the balls that bounced off defenders hands would have been likely more int's also right?
im still concerned we dont have the right LB's
never soley, but a big part, if you have 1 player taking up 10 percent of the cap , thats a huge amount of space taken, you cant tell me our quality of depth the last 3 years havent suffered?
this is not 07 , i wonder does he have enough personnel to get the job done on defense?
the issue is not Eli's fault in any way . it is that QB's just get paid way too much and fans that say it is necessary and the salary doesn't effect us ,i disagree. these last three seasons show what...
well when you dont make the playoffs 3 years running, they tend to not see you as a danger. more like reign coming to a close. we are going to have to do some major changes if we miss again. i dont...
normally id be on board but he showed he is quite special and i was wondering why the FO went with WR when top 2 were off the board already. so kudos to them for finding him.
its really stupid actually, its not like he played with no air in the ball. also there was no proof he was involved with it. only texts after the fact. the fact that his balls were inflated right...
id like to rule Quinn out
the same reason why they break in balls for every QB and why rodgers like his over inflated, its more comfortable. hardly cheating imo. besides if Eli was to do it his int rate would climb.
these threads show our homer fan base like no other.
this pick has me the most excited.
we have had our back and forths krankey, im truely sorry i am a dog lover , this is sad. rip.
well you can never have too many QB's , oh wait.
i am excited , drafting OL in the first 3 rounds and a safety is something i have wanted for quite a few years. still we seem to underrate the LB position for some reason, but i liked the draft.
well to be honest i think there is no set pick BPA or a need. i think they do mostly go BPA if they have the luxury to do so. sometimes you get lucky and get both.
same, happy so far well done.
i like the pick myself seems sensible instead of a position we wont need. we move Pugh over who would be a better G than RT anyway imo.
i thought Cox was a little small , however not a bad pick at all.
what is it called when you play on your last year of your contract? oh yeah Lame Duck.
