Don't beat yourself up...I'm pleased with what I saw but I was a (and still am a little) doubter. Until he produces consistantly I'm not sold oh him. It was one game against a rookie CB and a soft...
That's my point...even when AB was playing he wasn't a full time, whole game, kind of RB. He needed to split the carries. ABII proved last night that he could carry the majority of the load...
Gotta admit I was impressed with Brown's explosiveness, fire, ball control, and speed. It was nice to see a solid running game again. If he keeps performing I wonder what happens when AB returns?
Even when we were up by a few scores Eli was still on the sidelines studying...and down by a few scores Sham Newton was pouting on the bench about his finger? True leaders and champions never stop...
+1 Cound't have said it better!

I have a feeling CAR is going to have Cruz under wraps because they know the others are unproven. I like the idea of having Barden and RR on the outsides and maybe putting Cruz in motion a lot to...
I understand you were talking about JJ but my point is that he is following in Barden's footsteps...he doesn't do anything in practice or preseason to warrant him stepping into a bigger role...he was...
I struggle to understand when people say they don't get a chance...Barden is in the last year of a four year deal and has caught 16 balls for 198 yards. You first have to show in practice that you...
They bash players that remain on the roster and do not produce. This is his second year so he gets somewhat of a pass for being a rook last season and not doing a thing. This year is different...he...

I think the biggest thing is that while Cruz, Nicks, and Bennett are producing the production drops off substantially after them. Hixon would be a solid #3 if he was ever healthy but JJ and Barden...
4 catches...54 yards...no TDs...not sold on this guy...if we win Eli, Cruz, Randle, and Brown will be the reasons.
If two SB MVPs, record breaking 4th quarters, and numerous last second game-winning drives do quiet the naysayers, a game against CAR isn't going to make a dent.
Great potential??? I said that when they drafted him...not in the last year of a four year contract after only 16 catches and 198 yards. The potential boat has sailed.

Coe was burned early and often against TB. The problem was that he COULDN'T keep track of the ball and the WRs at the same time.
Try and support your uninformed rant...He has suited up both games and has caught punts. Shootin holes in your post already but I'll wait to hear how you support your "HE SUCKS" statement.
Unfortunately for us, I'm afraid he is going to prove you completely right...:-(
I'm not holding my breathe on Barden..
Gotta agree with you on that one...I'm excited to see Hosley out there...Barden, not so much.
By the number of posts you have I would have thought you were about 254 years old RF.
Sweet pic...loved watching Nicks make an bum out of Talib.
Warm, cold, whichever...thanks for the welcome. I'll do my best not to sound too much like an idiot but that shouldn't be too hard considering some of the other posters I've seen.
Couldn't have said it better myself...Barden has been noexistant in an offense that was lighting TB up through the air. Nicks and Cruz getting doubled and he bobbled the only catch he actually had...
