I'm not buying that it's one or the other. There's no reason to think that a QB can't play well early on and continue to get even better over the course of his career.

That right there shows me the NFL is far from sold on what he brings to the table.

Strength of schedule plays a large part in these rankings. Not all teams have to play GB, NO, Philly 2x a year.
