GIANTS' MANNINGHAM DISPUTES REPORT HE'S HEADED TO BUCS

"Wide receiver Mario Manningham denied
Tuesday that he said there's a "75 percent" chance he won't be back with the New York Giants next
season.


Manningham, speaking to WFAN-AM, instead classified the odds of him teaming
up with Eli Manning, Victor Cruz and Hakeem Nicks again as
"50-50."</p>

ESPN New York</a>. "We are going to take it slow and see what is going on and
let the smoke clear a little bit, you know the combine and free agency and
everything coming up. Just never know where I am going to end up at."</p>


The Youngstown (Ohio) Vindicator reported last week that Manningham said he's

be back in New York</a>, and sources recently told CBSSports.com that Manningham
could be following former Giants assistant Mike Sullivan to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, where
he was hired as offensive coordinator.</p>


"That is just (rumor)," said Manningham, who's scheduled to become an
unrestricted free agent March 13. "I haven't said anything like that or I
haven't heard anything like that until the other day. I think everybody is
saying that because our quarterback coach is going to be the offensive
coordinator. People don't really know what is going on, they don't know where I
really want to go."</p>


The Giants have 21 unrestricted free agents on their roster, and general
manager Jerry Reese <a id="yui_3_4_1_1_1330537997484_356" href="http://www.nfl.com/goto?id=09000d5d8273b84e" target="_blank">told the New
York Daily News</a> during the NFL Scouting Combine that he faces some "hard
decisions."</p></div>

That's not true. He has said he'd like to stay here. NEWS REPORTS have fed the FA beast of late.
