    Peyton's problems originated with a hit from the Redskins during the Greg Williams days. Have to wonder if there was extra incentive there.

    That's not the issue here. The issue is that there is a bounty placed on opposing players and you seem to be attributing that to the fact that the Commissioner has tried, with the Union, to make the game safer for players and you don't see anything wrong with that
