super boring but does the trick- turkey roll with hummus and sprouts on flatbread and baby carrots with an apple and some V-8. I think the V-8 has been giving me heartburn the last week!</P>

That sounds really good actually.

I love V-8...I can drink it all day. I don't drink the normal kind though, too much sodium so I always
get the low sodium version. I think there's a calcium version too but then if you get that, you get
the high sodium.

They have other flavored drinks for the mass that can't drink V8 straight up but I haven't tried those...

Yes! Mashed potatos and gravy, I just finished it and I am stuff....I also broke down and had soda
which I haven't had in 6 months....but once in awhile is ok....
