I know you guys have been right there with us. Our military historywith Canada goes way back which I'm sureyou know. Believe me ,after 9/11 , you find out fast who you're friends are. Our two nations are closer than Any other countries in the world bar none. I'm proud of that.</P>

Canadian Officers currently man NORAD, the way I look at it was already part of the NATO pact.

There just is no safe place if we get hit by a meteor, it would probably be 1000mph winds....if not more....and there's no bunker you can go into either that's deep enough to avoid the impact...

And even if you did go 200 miles below the ground, you'd never be able to come back up since everywhere would be flooded and you'll end up losing oxygen....LOL...
