I saw he had ****ty hardware store water in his waiting room cooler so I'm going to type up this new idea put it in an envelope when I drop him of a bottle of our Artesian Spring water

I'll only need 3 parking spaces, how could he say no

    Re: Asian giant for HC

I'm going to be serious here. I fell on hard times around 2001-02 marriage ends all that that goes with it, booze, dumb, whatever. My mom gave me a book called the Jebez Prayer, so I tried it - why not...got a job at Noble Metal - great pay benefits - they gave me a brand new Impala in 06 for the best cost saving idea they'd ever had...but it got terrible and then they closed

So I went and got it out last night and read it before bed and this morning. So I wasn't sold on the Salon - I'm not queer...I think you need to be tbh So I drove past and wondered how I could convince him to let m do my water store idea...I turned and looked back and went to turn left when ........ literally my prayers were answered

This massive old restaurant / banquet hall stared me in the face and the For Lease sign. It's on same street, and at a well traveled corner. So I pulled around the back and its laid out ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. then at he far side there's a 30Xsolid 50 feet (just eyeballed) banquet kitchen that would be perfect for a bay door and mass water storage and growth. Then that other place I wanted has a conveyor system that I can get dirt cheap, maybe even get him to donate it and I tear it out. Cold wall it in and use conveyor to get the water to the Drive Thru so there is no water traffic in showrooms and not exertion on my staff. The owner of building said he'd sever it too so w don't have to let 10,000 sq/ft, probably 5-6000 and he said $10/per, but I have an idea that could negotiate it much lower if our business takes off

There's a massive 3 story almost wall that faces a major intersection, we're still on the route that the Naive Indians use to go back to the reserve, where the drinking water isn't drinkable for some reason, but they'd love a Drive Thru. I even have a large scale attack campaign on our main comp lol, it's a thing of beauty. $4.50 - 5 Gallons, we load it.

but I can undercut them $2 / bottle on home delivery and we sell local spring water instead of the R/O they sell...well we sell it too, who wouldn't, just a glorified Brita

But $6 Home Delivery massive ad on that 3 story wall....Wish me luck, this is going to go down.

Good Luck, Bansaw.</p>[/quote]I think I know who to approach with this casino salon idea. She's getting near 60, runs a smoke shop, very lucrative, elegant in her own way. Loaded

get a few foot massage chairs and hair and appetizers for 100. I found a PDF with research on senior gambling habits. 27% do not gamble and are there for buffet and time kill Average spent is 50. Have either hair only for 50 or go full blown and get feet massages and facial for 100.

say 60 a bus, 27% don't care to be there, that's 16 average, I planned for 15 every 1.5 hours. This lady already has a black Escalade she could use to valet FFS

anyways if it gets popular and booked that could bring in $1.5m /yr

so maybe she agrees and I get a %. Don't think I get any more chances tbh

it won't last, I think once the natives start revolting, then Joe next door see's how much his utilities and groceries went up he'll start to revolt. McGuinty will get forced out and we'll get a slightly lower percentage HST
