The issue that stopped him from being a Jet was the same issue that put the trade in Jacksonville fall through.

Now that the issue is going to be resolved, Tebow can go to either.

And since both had preliminary agreements before that little clause made its way in, Tebow can choose because the Broncos really "care" about his feelings.
