Funny thing is not only did most of us on the boards (including myself) want McClain, but so did the FO.

Funny how things work out. Thank God that Al Davis changed everyone's plans.

Maybe you know something I don't, but I suspect as soon as Joe Haden (or maybe even Berry) was drafted, JPP became #1 on the NYG board.

We need our coaches to assign playing time based on something other than player salary.

DO IT AGAIN JERRY> WORK YOUR MAGIC TONIGHT AT NUMBER 32

Football has been very, very good to us.
In the midst of this losing season, we can console ourselves with this fact-

    # of Super Bowl victories since 1985:

1-Chicago, St. Louis, Tampa Bay, Indianapolis, New Orleans, Seattle
2-Washington, Green Bay, Denver, Pittsburgh, Baltimore
    3-San Francisco, Dallas, New England
    4-New York Giants!!!!!

How do you know that the FO wanted McClain??? I knowthat the article says that he was "targeted" by the Giants, but I think that all of that is just speculation . . . it's not based upon any Giants insider saying that they had targeted McClain . . . .

We can't know anything I guess. But we all believed at the time that the Giants coveted McClain.
