What happens with Osi

What do you guys think will happen with Osi? Do we finally work out a deal, does he just holdout, does he honor his final year of his contract?

Who knows? Does their giving Kiwanuka an extension send a message to Osi? It could well be Reese is just going to leave things alone and play Osi under his contract. if he hold out, Osi is only hurting himself.

im hopeful the money saved by extending kiwi goes to extending osi and he retires a giant. he's been a solid part of this team since 03...he's got game breaking ability.
it would hurt our D to lose him although I'm confident the next man up could do the job...

[/quote] What message does it send though? Because if anything I thought the Giants would have traded Osi yesterday, but that didn't happy. And Osi has made it clear he was open to go anywhere! I am a little more worried this year than I was last year with Osi. But yes Roanoke if he does holdout he is really hurting himself so we will see.

as a rotational pass rush DE? Kiwi would make the most sense to me. Also, we got a DE from South Florida last seasn as an UDFA. he played along with JPP and he showed some serious athleticism and quickness...

but yeah thats part of the reason i hope we re-sign Osi, i dont know if anyone in the NFL could match his production from strictly an off the edge pass rush specialist

"Another Man" MIGHT do the job, but as well as Osi can do the job? Not likely right away. Maybe in a few years. I think Osi wants a 3rd SB Ring and he knows where he needs to be to accomplish that.. I also hope Osi will retire a Giant.

Whose contract did they just extend? Who is a very versatile defensive player? Who has done all that has been asked of him? Who hasn't *****ed and moaned about his contract?
