Wilson sucess from Tebow type QB?

Wilson looks like the real deal to me, but I do wonder how much of his success came from defenses having to respect a QB that ran for 416 yards and 10 touchdowns.

That doesn't make much sense. So defenses were leery about the QB running and what, dropped an extra LB into coverage? lol. If they stack the box or spy the QB that's one more run stopper, not less. Granted I'm sure misdirection plays worked great with it but I highly doubt it had much impact on his game.

The fact that Wilson piled up the amount of stats that he did on a team that even Russia knew was going to run the ball should leave you feeling very good about our pick.
I don't always root for the Cowboys but when I do I wear my pink Jessica Simpson edition Romo jersey. (yes I lost a bet)

Logan Thomas will be a good QB. He improved a ton last year from day 1 to the end of the season, maybe more than any player in the country. However, David Wilson was the focal point of that offense and the main target to stop for every defense they faced. Any article that suggests otherwise was written by a writer who didnt watch VT or doesnt know football.
