i like this from cruz. its a leadership quality i think he has. he compliments his teammates the right way imo, pick out something they've been doing well and bring it to the attention of the press...this is good stuff from cruz and i bet wilson and prince both feel good about themselves and the work they are doing when they see what cruz had to say
