Just subscribed to NFL Network via Cable Company

I finally broke down and got NFL Network. That will get me all the rest of the Giants Pre Season Games, American's Game on the Gmen which aires on Sept 4th at 9pm, the Carolina Panthers Thursday night game in 3rd week of season and tape of giants games during the week of the 5 or 6 games I won't get this season in my area.

Also not to mention the non stop NFL coverage all week with the different shows they offer. Well worth the $7.95 a month I will pay. The Sports Pak also comes with ESPNU and a host of other sports and info channels. Like 12 or 13 other stations.

They also offer RedZone at a discount ($49) for the season with the Subscription.

I decided Friday night was going to be the last time I watched slow feeds or followed online 10 plays behind, lol
Football has been very, very good to us.
Even though 2013 was a losing season, we can console ourselves with this fact-

    # of Super Bowl victories since 1985:

1-Chicago, St. Louis, Tampa Bay, Indianapolis, New Orleans, Seattle
2-Washington, Green Bay, Denver, Pittsburgh, Baltimore
    3-San Francisco, Dallas, New England
    4-New York Giants!!!!!

    Let's make it 5 in 2014 !!!

NFLN is necessary, but you will feel like you don't need it.

Where do you live cause in NYC NFL Network isn't available through cable....only Direct tv.

I used to have DTV but now I have Optimum which doesn't pick up the channel. It sucks but I have an NFLN stream I use and I can watch the channel online whenever I want.

I was transferred down south by my job. Originally from CT area. Now live down on Alabama/Florida border. It's all WhoDat this and WhoDat that down here. I have MediaCom Cable which offers NFL Network. On local tv you get saints, falcons, jags, TB, Miami and even Dallas games down here before you get a giants game. Lucky for me we have a ton of prime time games and 4pm regional featured games this season

Yeah, I've got Cablevision in NJ and NFL Network is not available either. I don't really miss the games, but it would be nice for the other things they show.

I don't like the idea of it, but I know many people who swear by it.

Yes.. For example, for the next week until the second batch of preseason games happen I can watch every preseason game if I want to check up on what the cowboys, Philly, skins, jets or Pats look like. Also I watched the SF game and got to see Jacobs play.. Didn't watch whole game just scanned it so I didn't see MM. Don't know if he even played or not. But it's nice to be able to watch the replay of any game you want. They have them on back to back. Also they have the giants jets game live this weekend
