MetLife Stadium gets solar panels

Those things are going to be one giant drip edge in the rain and with melting snow. Anybody who sits up there close to them is going to get water on their heads.

Though they might provide some nice shade on the sunnier days.

that stadium is already ridiculously designed with the lighting array which over hangs the upper deck which drips on the the last several rows of fans. The engineering on that was a failure. Who the hell approved that????

It wasent any better in Giants stadium. I sat under the lights and has to deal with icicles and snowmelt drips. It was unpleasant.
