If Randle is so "unprepared" what does that say about Jernigan? Why wouldn't he be considered to help fill the void?

bc we have a guy who gives us what JJ might be able to give us; Cruz out of the slot.
If Nicks AND Barden are out, we need someone to fill in his role, and thats Randle
Was thinking same thing...Plus the fumbles have put him in Coughlin's dog house and he is low enough on the depth chart...it won't matter how much talent he has ...he's in a tough place in Coughlin's eyes....mark my words he's going to force some people on here to eat crow
1st to use the phrase "In Reese we trust"
Jernigan wasn't as a high a pick as randle. That and the fact the Jernigan hasn't done squat tells me he isn't the player we thought we drafted. It happens.
Jernigan was drafted to be the replacement for Steve Smith in the slot. Unfortunately for him, we have a slot receiver coming off a 1500 yard season and is now on pace for that once more. Tough break and he would probably only see the field if Cruz was injured.
Cool story bro

Never argue with an idiot. They will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience!
We got bigger fish to fry boys than worrying about Jernigan. Right now he's a non-factor at a position of strength. One just has to hope that as with other backups he's putting in his work, learning to be a pro, improving his game so that if/when his number is called he's ready to make something happen.
I understand it just seems that Randle is not ready to play at this level. They guy doesn't have a clue what he is doing and his work habits are not very good. I hope I am wrong but we will see if Randle can step it up. They will sure double Cruz and make it tough on the passing game again.
