    I think we should just pin a sticky that simply says:

    No, we're not getting cheerleaders, and there is nothing wrong with the training/conditioning staff.

    Every year we see one of these threads. What does the staff have to do with guys getting hurt on the playing field? How do they prepare better? I'd love to hear it.

    Because in Madden, you can hire a training staff that adds +5 TGH and +5 INJ.
