Look, I will always love Manningham for what he did in the Super Bowl, but he's not the sharpest knife in the drawer. I honestly don't think it was Eli's fault when Mario ran the wrong pattern, which he had a tendency to do at times.

They don't really ask much of him like we do here out of our receivers. They've actually drawn up some nice plays in the run game for him that takes advantage of his underrated speed and their superb edge run blocking. I said that he potentially could do better on a team that doesn't ask him to do so much mental work versus simply executing a play and getting separation.
