    Cool QB's vs 49ers Secondary

The 49ers have the 2nd ranked pass defense allowing 181 yards per game. I looked into this a bit deeper. So far, the 49ers have played an array of different QB's in terms of caliber. Just wanted to to display some numbers for us all to have a look at.

    Week 1: Aaron Rodgers - 303 yd/2 TD/1 INT Yearly Stats: 1279 yd/10 TD/4 INT
    Week 2: Matt Stafford - 230 yd/1 TD/1 INT Yearly Stats: 1182 Yds/4 TD/6 INT

Didn't give TD and INT for below, different tier QB.

Week 3: Christian Ponder - 198 YD Yards for season 1082
Week 4: Sanchez - 106 YD Yards for season 1043
Week 5: Fitzpatrick - 126 YD Yards for season 1057

Eli Manning stats for 2012 season to date: 1579 yards/10 TD/5 INT

The 49ers have the 2nd ranked pass defense. These stats have clarified that for me. And in doing this analysis, has made me much more excited about seeing what Eli can do to this secondary.

I hope Cruz still is on fire about Carlos Rogers...

So the only QB in that group that is on Eli's level still managed to get over 300 yards? Good to know.

I think he is and I can't wait to see Air Eli in action on Sunday.

Eli put 316 yards on that defense in the soaking rain. If everyone is healthy, I expect at least that amount on sunday

Now we have Bennett as well. Eli has matured so much these past few years its just unbelievable. I hope we light em up in the air. That "2nd" ranked pass defense has a lot to do with the QB's they've faced.
