Them and the O-line. They both dominated. And let's give credit to Fewell, I loved the stunts they did today. I want more of that Fewell.

It's a toss up between the O-line not getting Eli destroyed, and the Defense for killing the 49'er offensive.
I'll go defense, the O-line has been doing pretty well this season, the defense not so much, except for today!Giants fan since 525 BC.

They got off of that bad sac-less streak, and they really played well.
With Canty & Bernard coming back next week, they should only get better.
