The only reason I don't have Pitt/Balt at the top is because Balt came in in '96. That isn't long enough to build a real rivalry IMO. If anything, maybe Pitt/Clev (was the orig Clev that moved to Balt).
As for NY/Phil, I don't have the mindset you do for those games, so I would compare Dall/Wash against that one.
