Eagles Lose Again As Frustration Mounts And Changes Loom

    http://www.nj.com/giants/index.ssf/2...l#incart_river

Excerpt: "The Giants somehow, someway, avoided a disastrous collapse yesterday against the Cowboys and left Dallas with a 29-24 win. More importantly, they made it back to New Jersey safely last night shortly after 1 a.m. with Hurricane Sandy looming.

Things were already stormy in Philadelphia yesterday as the Eagles were plastered at home 30-17 by the undefeated Falcons to fall to 3-4 on the season. It was Andy Reid's first loss following a bye in his 14 seasons as head coach.

This morning, two weeks after Reid fired defensive coordinator Juan Castillo, more criticism, concerns and questions are swirling.

Michael Vick directly addressed the elephant in the room immediately after the loss: his job security. The question is whether Reid would make the move. On paper, Vick's performance on Sunday was far from his worst. He went 21-of-35 with 191 yards and a touchdown. Most importantly, he didn't record a turnover. But Reid still said "he can play better." Read more...

Glad the Giants made it back without any issues. 1 AM arrival from Dallas: They probably got on the airplane right after the win.

    Sleep well fellas!

Eagles are becoming yesterday's news real quick.

If I were a betting man I would bet a weeks salary that Vick will be benched next week, and no matter what happens this year, Reid is a goner.

can you imagine if we were able to close that game out vs them. Got the winning FG. I mean why go for the home run when you have a kicker like Tynes. Anyway we would be sitting at 7-1 and 3-1 in Div. they would be 2-5
Football has been very, very good to us.
Even though 2013 was a losing season, we can console ourselves with this fact-

    # of Super Bowl victories since 1985:

1-Chicago, St. Louis, Tampa Bay, Indianapolis, New Orleans, Seattle
2-Washington, Green Bay, Denver, Pittsburgh, Baltimore
    3-San Francisco, Dallas, New England
    4-New York Giants!!!!!

    Let's make it 5 in 2014 !!!
